We are currently aware that customers who are hosted on servers located in our Canary Wharf data center were not able to connect to the web hosting control panel and websites are not loading between 14:05 UTC and 14:30 UTC.

We identified one of the core network switches in the data centre become unresponsive. Engineers onsite rebooted the network switch and the routers connected to restore service.
